What are the guarantees?

The trading platform acts as a guarantor between the buyer and the seller.
In order to avoid fraud and other manipulations, money is credited to the details of the trading platform.
The seller cannot withdraw your money within 3 days - until you check the product or service. 
If you have problems with the purchased product or service, write to support and we will open a dispute with the seller to solve the problem.
